


ACME Model 15 Whistle 1914
The Metropolitan 15 Broad Arrow ā1914ā whistle is the original āTrenchā whistle issued to Infantry Officers & NCOās during the First World War. Most famously used as the signal to go āover the topā.
This whistle has been produced by the makers at J. Hudson & co (ACME) who have been producing specialist whistles at their Birmingham based workshop since 1870. Even today they still use some of the old dies and tooling which date back from between 1914-1918, as well as original presses as part of the handmade process.
